Description:
COLLECTIONS LAW FIRM has immediate openings for bi-lingual
(Spanish) telephone transfer agents. Candidates must be reliable and
responsible, with good work habits. A cheerful, pleasant, but firm,
telephone demeanor is a must. A transfer agent is responsible for
operating an automated dialing machine which places many hundreds of
outbound telephone calls each day and transfers the “live” phone calls
to our in-house collectors. The job requires interacting with the public
hundreds of times a day, so an energetic and optimistic disposition is
essential.
$ 7.50
an hour; 40 hours per week. Present hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday through Wednesday. Thursdays are from noon until 8:00 pm. Friday
and Saturday mornings are from 8:00 am until noon. Hours are subject to
change.
