JAY A. TAYLOR, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of three (3) new employees to its staff.
Mark Matson
is the new head of legal administration and will be overseeing the
paralegal staff. The paralegal department is responsible for preparing
pleadings, filing suit, and generally moving the cases through the

Rhonda Ramsingh joins our bookkeeping department as Assistant Head of Bookkeeping. Her responsibilities include posting and remitting payments, preparing reports to clients, paying and billing court costs, and accounts payable and receivable. Ms. Ramsingh has twelve years experience in bookkeeping and accounting, including nine (9) years working in the collection industry. Ms. Ramsingh has demonstrated a quick ability to master our computer software and has added depth, flexibility, and experience to the bookkeeping department. Our collection department has been strengthened by
Patrick Cooper, who has thirteen (13) years of experience as a collector. Mr.
Cooper will be our fourth front-line collector.
We are very excited about the breadth of experience each of these new employees brings to the firm and look forward to a long association with them.
